03/27/2009 - 10 Years in Business!

Wow - it's been an exciting 10 years!   We have seen many changes in the mortgage industry over the past 10 years, and perhaps none more dramatic than the past 12 months.  We are happy to say that we have not only survived the banking meltdown, we are thriving. 

Through all these changes, the goodmortgage.com has grown and increased the level of service we have provided to our customers. However I am most proud of what has not changed - our commitment to our principles and values.  It's who we are, and it guides our team's decision making each day. 

I am also proud of our commitment to customer service.  We maintain a perfect record at the Better Business Bureau.  Not because we have to, it's because we want to.  We realize that without you, our customer, we would not exist.

We are humbled by the many awards bestowed on our team.  Most recently we were awarded the honor of being one of the Top 25 Technology Savvy Lenders in the nation.  This validates what we have known all along, there is a smoother and easier way to obtain a mortgage, and it's with technology that includes a personal touch.

We have a great team and the next few years holds great opportunity for us.  We have recently moved to a new 44,000 Sq Ft facility that I believe is the best office space in Charlotte, NC.  A happy team serves it's customers well - and we have a happy team.  Take a minute if you wish to take a virtual visit to our office here.

It's amazing to consider that we have funded Billions of dollars of loans over our past 10 years.  But I can tell you that each dollar was lent with a commitment to quality that still exists in our company today.  We know we are dealing with the largest financial transaction in most of our customers lives.  And one of the most important - your Home.
